The incident happened when I was at Don Quijote and saw something very strange
Around 10 PM on the 11th, with a group of friends, we went to the adult toy section of the store and saw a Tenga toy capsule machine
We saw the grand prize, a white FILP ORB, still untouched
We tried our luck a few times but only won small prizes
Later, we returned to see how many capsules were left
As we approached the machine, we saw others playing and only a few capsules left
When there were only 6 capsules left, I decided to buy them all
However, none of them contained the grand prize ORB
The staff couldn’t explain what happened, but eventually found the missing grand prize capsule and brought it out from the back
It was confusing why it wasn’t initially placed in the machine
After a series of conversations with the staff and manager, we were told we could purchase the grand prize ORB and the last prize FILP0 with two additional capsules
Despite the confusion and back-and-forth discussions, we finally received the prizes without any extra payment
In the end, it’s still unclear whether the missing grand prize was due to the store or the manufacturer’s mistake
